Travel

For the past 11+ years, I’ve traveled between 8,000 and 20,000 kilometers across Italia, each year; most trips are ~ 85 days long. If I was into instgramming (which seems largely about self, and not place, or history), I’d be pretty well-known if for no other reason than I get to see some truly amazing things along each journey.

Instead of the usual “look at me, look where I went/am”, I’ll post in-depth photo-journalistic stories that I hope will transport you, as much as they did me. To date, I’ve been all across Italia, many, many times, with the exception of Sardegna, which will probably happen at some point in the future.

on my way to Puglia, I stopped mid-day in Abruzzo to enjoy nature, and to relax. From this high vantage point, I could see winegrowing in every direction, 360 degrees. Amazing place, like so many others, but also different, unique.
